Hi, I’m Kinsie, the founder of Soul Family Healing and a passionate Transformational Life Coach for teens and young adults.

Born and raised in Dallas, I’ve dedicated my life to helping young minds grow, both in and out of the classroom. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Development from Texas Tech University and am a Master Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute.

My experience as a teacher has given me a deep understanding of the challenges young people face—self-doubt, anxiety, and the struggle to find their voice. I’m passionate about providing a safe, supportive space where teens and young adults can build confidence, navigate life’s transitions, and step into their fullest potential.
